How we do it

Book a taster session

We’ll chat about your goals, challenges, and what you want to achieve

You decide if you'd like 1 or 2 sessions per week

After we’ve talked through your goals and what you can realistically commit to, you can choose one or two sessions per week with me in the gym

I create your personalised plan

I create a plan tailored to your current fitness level, preferences, and goals – whether that’s getting stronger, running faster, or gaining confidence after an injury or illness.

Get started and see progress within weeks

From personal bests in workouts to reduced pain and better movement, progress starts fast. You’ll feel stronger, more confident, and notice real changes in everyday life.

Who am I?

I'm Jade,

Before training to be a PT, I was a police officer, a civil servant, and a barista, amongst other things. From a young age, I spent years feeling like I didn't fit in, not feeling good enough or being overwhelmed with simply existing. I played a lot of sports back then, and looking back, I realise it was a way of letting off steam. As an adult, I recognise that moving my body helps maintain positive mental health and keeps me physically capable of doing things I enjoy.

This is why I do what I do.

I want people who feel like they don't belong in a gym to know that they do. I want people to know that getting stronger and fitter makes your life better. Making your bones stronger so they're less likely to break, stopping your back from hurting when you get out of bed every morning, or making it easier to walk over the bridge by Morrisons without your butt cheeks being on fire. Just a few hours of work a week in a gym can make you feel way better.

I specialise in working with people who are queer, neurodivergent, or just quietly fed up with being made to feel like they're doing life wrong. I do it because when I was younger and struggling, a person like me didn't exist. All the personal trainers had abs or wore tight shorts or knew how to pose in a mirror. I'm not any of those things; I'm just a regular person who struggled and is now passing on years of knowledge and experience to others.

The gym should feel like it's for you; because it is.
