Helping LGBTQ+, Neurodiverse and PE haters of Aylesbury to build strength, feel better and more confident to be who they are

Supportive personal training for those that don't feel at home in the gym

How do we do this

1 - Book a taster session

Come and experience a no-pressure, friendly session at The Gym Group in Aylesbury. We'll chat about your goals, challenges and what you need to achieve.

3 - I create your personalise plan

I create a personalised training plan tailored to your current fitness level, preferences and goals - whether that's getting stronger, running faster or gaining confidence after an injury or illness

2 - You decide if you'd like 1 or 2 sessions per week

After chatting through your goals and challenges, and taking into account what you can commit to with your training, you can sign up for one or two sessions per week with me in the gym.

4 - Get started and see progress within weeks

From early personal bests in workouts to reduced pain and better movement, the progress starts fast. With consistency, you'll feel stronger, more confident and notice real changes in everyday life.

Meet your coach

Hi, I’m Jade, a personal trainer based in Aylesbury. I help people get stronger, move with confidence, and feel more energised - without the pressure of fitting into anyone else’s idea of fitness.

I work with people from all walks of life, but I’m especially passionate about supporting queer and neurodiverse clients who want to feel at home in their bodies and build strength in a way that truly suits them.

I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate all the fitness advice online - the pressure to train a certain way, look a certain way, to fit a mould that doesn’t really reflect who you are. I’ve been there too. That’s why my approach is all about helping you train on your own terms, in a space that’s fun, inclusive, and free from judgment.

Whether you’re dealing with daily aches and pains, stiffness from work, or just want to feel more confident moving through life, I’ll create a plan that works with your goals, your lifestyle, and your energy levels.

If you’re looking for an LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse-friendly personal trainer in Aylesbury who understands that fitness should feel empowering, flexible, and fun, I’d love to help you get started. Let’s build a version of strength that feels like you.

From the very first session, Jade made me feel comfortable, supported, and motivated. The workouts are always tailored to my goals and ability, with the right balance of challenge and encouragement. I’ve seen real progress in my strength and fitness, but also in my confidence.
